It is our aim:
- To foster a sense of belonging for all
children and parents within a warm, caring
and hygienic environment.
- Promote an “open door” policy. As a
parent you are welcome to become
involved with the centre at anytime.
- Support children’s learning through play
that provides high quality educational
experiences appropriate to the individual
and their developmental stage and
interests.
- Provide fair and consistent behaviour
management based on each child’s
individual needs.
- Assist and encourage children to interact
with others in a socially acceptable
manner whilst recognising that all
individuals have rights that should not be
infringed.
- Establish a non-sexist, multicultural and
anti-bias curriculum that inspires and
excites our children and enriches their
learning experiences.
- To develop an awareness and sensitivity
to the needs of others regardless of
gender and cultural background. |
